Entry requirements

The selection process is

  • A university degree.
  • Two reference letters (form at the end of the page).
  • Proficiency in English (TOEFL/IELTS is recommended).
  • Admission interview (both motivational and to test the knowledge of English).


 The selection criteria:

  • your CV
  • your work experience (we require at least 1 year of work)
  • age (our average age this year is 26 years old)
  • your English proficiency (it could be proved by a certificate or a job experience in English)
  • your motivation.


Educational background

You should have a good undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification. If you do not have a degree we may still consider your application if you have worked in a position with a high level of responsibility.

Work experience

Our current MBA students have on average 5.3 years of postgraduate work experience and a good performance record. The range of work experience within the class is between 2 and 14 years. If you have less than three years' work experience you will need to show superior academic credentials or evidence of outstanding performance.

Personal motivation and maturity

You must be reflective, energetic, mature and realistic as well as ambitious and highly motivated.

Team skills

We place particular emphasis on working in multicultural groups. You must be able to aid the development of your fellow students and contribute to the learning environment of the School.

International exposure

Our MBA attracts students from around 60 countries. We select students with an international outlook, and/or those who can build on existing international exposure.

You must send us transcripts of grades from all colleges, universities and professional schools you have attended. Copies are sufficient at the application stage and can be attached to the online application form.

These must include:

  • a list of courses completed
  • grades
  • degree class
  • class ranking (if available)


If the original transcript is not in English then you must provide a certified or notarised English translation.

If you do not wish to submit your original transcript then we will accept copies that have been certified by a lawyer or Notary Public.

If you don't have a copy of your transcript, use this form to request one from your university or school: (It is not necessary to submit this form to us)


Please note that we strongly advise that you only send us copies of your official transcripts at application stage. Due to the high volume of applications we receive we are unable to return transcripts or certificates.
